My goal is to help you simply be a little bit more amazing than you already are and to be able to achieve whatever you want with your health and wellbeing in a way that is not only easy to do but, most importantly, easy to maintain for the rest of your life.
Living a healthy lifestyle should be enjoyable, easy and guilt-free.
On the night of my 18th birthday, my mum passed away after a 3 year battle with cancer. That was when I truly understood how important our health is.
My journey has since led me here, to this moment with you, hoping that I can help you be as healthy as you want to be so that you can make the most of every minute of this precious life you've been given.
What does being healthy mean?
"Should I eat low carb because sugar and carbs make us fat? So does that mean I eat high fat? Hold on, surely fat makes you fat? Does it even matter, it's all sprayed in pesticides and toxins anyway? Ok, I'll go organic, and vegan for that matter, look after those animals. But humans evolved eating meat.... AAAHHHHH!"
We live in a world full of conflicting information when it comes to our health and wellbeing, and it can take a lot of effort and willpower to make changes, especially as those changes seem to be getting more and more extreme.
What is a habit? It's something you do without thinking about it.
Wouldn't it be great if you could be healthy without worrying and stressing about it, without having to always be highly motivated, without drawing on all your willpower every day and committing to crazy fitness plans every few months?
Wouldn't it be easier if you were just healthy by nature? Now, that doesn't mean being perfect or never touching another glass of wine, slice of cake or <insert nice thing we are never going to give up> ever again.
I need to tell you something important. You may feel like the world keeps telling you that you are not ok as you are, that you're not good enough, that you need x, y and z to be happy and successful.
So let's get one thing straight...
YOU ARE AMAZING!
It doesn't matter if you are a size twelve or size twenty, or whether the most exercise you get is constantly putting your kids toys away or just hitting the gym in January...
YOU ARE BRILLIANT!
