The Fitness Mindset Academy is a six-week course run by Phil Curtis, Health Coach. It is designed to help you develop a stronger mindset so that you can achieve your health and fitness goals more easily than ever.
We meet every Friday at 10:45am, where you will learn about a different area of improving your mindset every week.
Each week will focus on a different topic including Meaningful Goal Setting, Willpower, Self-Belief, Creating Habits and more.
People spend a lot of time and effort trying to improve their nutrition and their fitness, but underpinning all of this is your mindset.
Without the right mindset, you will find yourself never maintaining your actions, struggling to make change stick, constantly losing motivation and feeling like you'll never achieve what you want.
By developing a stronger mindset, you can make your nutrition and fitness choices much easier and more enjoyable to make and sustain in the context of your own busy lifestyle.

It is located in the Meeting Room at Westcroft Leisure Centre in Carshalton, SM5 2TG.
Each session is 1 hour long and is a seminar-based format.
