Coaching with Phil is designed to help you improve your health through a habit change process.
It combines a proven online platform with Phil Curtis' expert coaching and guidance to ensure you stay on track and get the best results possible.

Once enrolled, the program starts the day after you complete your intake questionnaire.
The program lasts up to 12 months, during which time you will develop over 20 health and lifestyle habits that will help you achieve your goals and, most importantly, maintain them beyond completion of the program.
12 months may seem like a long time but it allows us to do this properly and make sure the changes you make are for the long term.
However, you are able to cancel at any time during the program with a one month notice period.
